Ahmien Aiks Fiel Magbutay

My little daddy’s girl was born on August 26, 2009 at Brgy. Obrero, Calbayog City, Samar, Philippines. During the time she was in my womb, I am afraid that we, her parents, may not be good ones to guide and support her. Even until now I am still worried of course; many years will still come on our way to test our strengths and the relationships between parents and child.

Being a mother to her is not just easy. I am a working mom, so I need to divide my time between office and her. I am a mother so I want my daughter to teach that a mother should do. A child with a guiding mother in her side is different without a mother during her growing up periods. I can’t imagine how she would be if I can’t fulfill my role as her mother.

When she was just 1 or 2 year/s old, she cried and run towards me every time she noticed that I am going out or to office. I felt sad with her reactions every time I left her home with her nanny. And when I got home, she always hugged and kissed me as if she misses me whole day. What a sweet child she is!

She likes to smile to every body. Whenever she met someone she knows, she will look at to the person’s eyes and never stop until your eyes met then she will gave you a smile.

Every early morning, at around 5am, she wants to go out and visit her aunts, Mini and Dessa. They are her playmates.

In terms of food, she is not picky but she doesn’t want to eat the same food every meal every day. At least, there is a gap of one or two days to serve of the same food. Like for example, if in Monday breakfast she ate Arozcaldo, see to it that on next day breakfast is not Arozcaldo. Well, she likes Arozcaldo, Champorado, and Fried Rice in breakfast. She eats vegetables like sitaw, talbos ng kamote, pechay, ampalaya. One thing I observed of her is that she doesn’t want to eat foods with a bad smell to her, like shrimps.
